Prices
All our prices include UK VAT at 15% for those outside the EC, or within the EC who have a valid VAT number this amount will be taken off.
Size of Images
All sizes of images are rounded up to the nearest Centimetre, exact sizes are available on request
Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Fine Art Surrey will refund your monies less the carriage both ways, the product must come back within 14 days from the date of receipt and must be sent back in the same condition via a courier so that the work is fully insured.
Delivery
The Delivery of your Painting will be arranged as soon as full payment has been received by us, if payment is by credit and debit card this will be as soon as the payment has been authorised. All cheques and bankers drafts will need to be cleared prior to despatch, as well as telegraphic transfers.
All items shipped within the UK valued over £500 are charged at £70, all under at £25 (except Sculptures) and will go via Courier Fully insured. For overseas orders , standard is £45 and £85 over £500 but if we incur additional costs we will advise you as to those and the weight and size prior to shipping. If in the unlikely event the painting that you have ordered has already been sold, we will then offer you another choice with a 5% discount. Paintings are mostly sold unframed, frames can be sold as well if required.
Damages
Refunds will be made for items that are lost or damaged in transit, however we need to be advised within 24 hours of the item arriving if it is damaged. Please keep the original packing as the courier company may well need sight of it. If you have any doubts about the condition when you receive it sign it as unchecked.

Offline Browsers
The use of offline browsers - software that makes a local copy of a website - or any other software agent, excluding search engine spiders and legitimate web browsers, are strictly prohibited. Any users caught using them will be banned from the site.
